Most agents cover the whole GTA and learn a neighbourhood on the drive over. We work Markham, which is why we can tell you why a Berczy semi and a Wismer semi do not trade at the same number.

Why we work this way
The useful part of this job is not opening doors. It is knowing which street floods, which school boundary is under review, which listing has already been through two failed offers and which builder is quietly buying every deep lot in the older core.
You cannot know that about nine cities at once. You can know it about one. That is the whole reason this business is built the way it is.
What we will not do
We will not take a listing at a price we cannot defend with comparable sales. We will not tell a buyer a house is right when it is not. We will not publish a client story we do not have written permission for and we will not put a number on this website that we cannot point to a source for.
That costs us listings and it costs us transactions. It is still the only way we know how to work.
Where we are
Our registered office is at 8763 Bayview Ave #127, Richmond Hill, ON L4B 3V1. We work across Markham and the surrounding York Region communities and we meet clients where it suits them.
